"Regency Ceramics Plans Opening of 25 Experience Centers for Tile Enthusiasts"
Regency Ceramics Unveils Plans for 25 Experience Centers Across Five States in FY26
Regency Ceramics, the renowned tile maker, is gearing up to launch 25 experience centers in the upcoming financial year as part of its revamped go-to-market strategy. CEO Satyendra Prasad has set an ambitious ₹100 crore revenue target for FY26, with a strategic focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, particularly in southern regions like Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Orissa.
The company is banking on its strong brand recall, especially among the trading community in tier two and tier three towns, anticipating significant business potential. These experience centers, predominantly operating as franchisees, are poised to double in count in the next financial year. The expansion plan includes cities such as Madurai, Kanyakumari, Coimbatore, and more.
In a bid to navigate the competitive landscape in metro markets, Regency Ceramics plans to implement a distinct strategy for three metro cities—Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. The emphasis in these markets will be on design and innovative products. Additionally, the company is contemplating the establishment of company-owned showrooms in these prominent cities, aiming for a differentiated approach to captivate the urban consumer base.
