RINL , Manganese Ore India opens new venture

Kolkata: Public sector steel major Rashtriya Ispat Nigam (RINL) has entered into a joint venture with Manganese Ore India (Moil) to form a new firm -‘RINMOIL Ferro-Alloys’ for producing ferro alloys.

The two partners will have equal stakes in the joint venture company. The firm shall initially install and commission the furnaces to produce ferro alloys

RINL is currently implementing a project for increasing its steelmaking capacity to 6.3 million tonne.
