RITES Wins $4.28 Million International Locomotive Contract.

RITES Limited, an Indian public sector enterprise, has secured a $4.28 million international contract from Tsiko Africa Logistics (Pty) Limited, the company announced today. The contract involves the supply, commissioning, and a one-year onsite warranty for an overhauled in-service Cape Gauge 3100 HP diesel electric locomotive.

RITES is expected to complete the order within six months, followed by the warranty period, further strengthening its global footprint in the railway sector. This contract marks a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion efforts.
