Roca acquires facility in TN.

Roca Bathroom Products Pvt Ltd., a manufacturer of bathroom products, acquired a plastics factory in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. The acquisition will increase the capacity of manufacturing plastic seat covers and polymer cisterns from one million pieces to 4 million annually, according to a press release.

KE Ranganathan, MD, said in the press release that the acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy to grow aggressively in India through its brands, Roca and Parryware. The facility will also help in exporting products to Roca group.
