Saurashtra Cement Limited completes acquisition of paint business from Snowcem.

The Board of Directors of Saurashtra Cement Limited had at its meeting held on 30th March 2021 approved to take over the paint business of Snowcem Paints Private Limited on slump sale basis and as a going concern.

The company has, accordingly, completed the acquisition of the Paint business of "Snowcem Paints Private Limited". The operations has commenced under "Saurashtra Cement Limited - Paint Division" with effect from 1st May 2021.
