Shreeji Shipping Wins Exclusive Cargo Handling Rights at Karanja Creek.
Integrated shipping and logistics solutions provider Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd on Friday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Karanja Terminal & Logistics to manage dry bulk and liquid cargo at a waterfront facility at Karanja Creek.
Effective February 10, 2026, the company has secured exclusive rights to operate at a dedicated 200-meter waterfront facility at Karanja Creek, with cargo handling operations expected to commence by the end of March 2026, according to a company statement.
Following expansions in strategic locations such as Syama Prasad Mukharjee Port Trust, Shreeji Shipping is now extending its operational footprint into Maharashtra, one of India’s key import and industrial cargo gateways.
The company, which specializes in dry bulk and liquid cargo handling as well as coastal logistics, transports commodities including coal, pet coke, sulphur, clinker, and other industrial materials across India and internationally.
With terminal access at Karanja, Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd is well-positioned to capitalize on rising import volumes and growing coastal cargo movements, the company said.
