Shriram Properties Launches 1.1 Million Sq Ft Residential Project in Chennai.

Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL), a leading South Indian real estate developer and part of the Shriram Group, has launched a new residential project titled ‘Codename - Pudhiya Chennai’ in the Thirumazhisai neighborhood of Chennai. Situated in the rapidly expanding West Chennai corridor, this RERA-approved project offers a total saleable area of 1.1 million sq ft, with a revenue potential estimated between ₹550 crore and ₹600 crore, according to the company’s statement.

The development benefits from its proximity to key transit points, including the Thirumazhisai Metro Station, the New Mofussil Bus Terminus, the Chennai-Bangalore Expressway, and the upcoming Parandur Airport.
