Signature Infrabuild Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature Global India Ltd, solidified its commitment to real estate development with the execution of a Conveyance Deed for 7.26 acres of licensed land. The land, located in the rapidly developing city of Gurgaon in Sector 92, Haryana, was initially covered under a Collaboration Agreement signed on June 3, 2021.

The Conveyance Deed, completed on December 21, 2023, pertains to a substantial portion of the licensed land, totaling 7.26 acres out of the original 8.31 acres. The entire land parcel, spanning 8.31 acres, holds a significant overall developable area of approximately 1.04 million square feet. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the real estate development endeavors of Signature Infrabuild Private Limited and contributes to the evolving landscape of Sector 92 in Gurgaon.
