Signatureglobal Acquires 33.47 Acres in Gurugram for New Development.

Signatureglobal Business Park Limited (SBPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) LIMITED, has acquired a significant land parcel of approximately 33.47 acres in the Sohna Tehsil of Gurugram. The company executed three sale deeds on August 14 to finalize the purchase.

This acquisition includes a 30.86-acre plot that the company had previously been developing in collaboration, as stated in its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) from September 12, 2023.

The newly acquired land has a combined developable area of about 1.76 million square feet, paving the way for a large-scale real estate project in one of the National Capital Region's fastest-growing areas.
