Deep-tech aerospace and defence startup SpaceFields Pvt. Ltd. will establish an advanced solid propellant (rocket fuel) processing facility in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh.
The Andhra Pradesh government has approved the allotment of 120 acres at the Industrial Park in Thimmasamudram, Anantapur, to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru-incubated company for the project.
The proposed facility is expected to create around 300 direct high-skilled jobs, with commercial production slated to commence by July 2028.
