SPML Infra Nears Land Payment for Maharashtra BESS Unit.

SPML Infra Limited has been allotted a substantial 99,000 square meters of land by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The plot, located in the Supa Parner Industrial Park in Ahmednagar, is designated for the establishment of a new Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing unit.

SPML Infra has already paid the earnest money for the land and is currently in the process of completing the full premium payment, as per the requirements stipulated by MIDC.

This strategic land allotment marks a significant step for SPML Infra as it ventures into the crucial BESS manufacturing sector. The move aligns with India's growing focus on renewable energy integration and grid stability, where battery storage solutions play a pivotal role. The finalization of the allotment remains subject to the full payment of the premium and adherence to other terms and conditions set forth by MIDC.
