Sterlite Tech gets $5.2-mn supply order

New Delhi: Sterlite Technologies, which makes wires and cables used by telecom and power companies, has recevied a $5.2 million order to provide fibre optic cables in sub-Saharan African countries.

The supplies would be completed in this financial year itself, the company said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Sterlite Technoigies' products are sold in 24 countries across Africa.
