"Sumadhura Group targets ₹10k Cr revenue via six new luxury projects in Bengaluru."

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group plans to launch six luxury residential projects across East and North Bengaluru during FY26, with a combined revenue potential of about ₹10,000 crore, the company said.

The projects will have a total saleable area of over 8 million sq. ft and will be developed across nearly 90 acres of land. Together, they will comprise more than 4,000 residential units, including over 400 plotted developments.

Commenting on the upcoming launches, Madhusudhan G, Chairman and Managing Director of Sumadhura Group, said Bengaluru’s residential market remains robust, supported by strong demand across key growth corridors and a growing preference for luxury housing. He added that East Bengaluru alone accounted for nearly 45 per cent of residential launches in the fourth quarter of 2025.
