Sunil Mantri to launch eight projects in bangalore by 2009 end
Bangalore: Sunil Mantri Realty has lined up six to eight projects for Bangalore to be launched by the end of the next year at a total investment of between Rs 350 crore and Rs 400 crore.
The total outlay for Karnataka will be around Rs 2,500 crore, out of which the company plans to invest from its own funds about Rs 500 crore in the next couple of years, “and 75 per cent of it would be invested in Bangalore,” said Mr Sunil Mantri, Chairman, Sunil Mantri Realty.
The company plans to fund part of the investment through debts and sale proceeds. All the projects are expected to be completed in five years.
