Tamil Nadu Invites Applications for Land Allotment at PM Mitra Park, Virudhunagar.

In a major step toward developing PM Mitra Park in Virudhunagar, southern Tamil Nadu, the state government has invited applications for industrial land allotment.

A total of 1,052 acres will be made available under the project, which has an estimated cost of ₹1,894 crore and is expected to generate employment for around one lakh people.

The State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT) issued an advertisement stating that 600.83 acres will be offered initially, with a plot cost of ₹55.32 lakh per acre. The initiative marks a significant move to boost industrial development in the region.
