The Wave, Muscat launches fresh villa project.

The Wave, Muscat, an up-market residential development on the outskirts of Oman’s capital, has announced the launch of a project to build a further 99 villas.

'Reehan Residences' precinct will offer five distinctive new designs and introduce a courtyard home.

'Phase one of the new villa project will be launched later on Monday, comp¬rising 50% of the new villa precinct, with sales expected to close within a month,' said David Stafford, vice president of sales and marketing, addressing a press conference at the sales centre of The Wave, Muscat.

Speaking to Muscat Daily, Stafford added: 'Construction is expected to commence soon after and be completed within 12 to 18 months of the signing of contracts.' The project will include 31 five-bedroom villas of traditional design, 23 five-bedroom villas of contemporary design and 45 three-bedroom courtyard homes.
