A study would be undertaken to identify potential areas, said association president S. Sridharan. The association will mentor by disseminating information and training entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs will receive guidance for preparing project reports and securing bank loans and subsidies.
The association spent about Rs. 10 lakh a year for training entrepreneurs in various vocations, said Project Director TIDITSSIA–STED Ramasamy Desai.
The association has already created 72 entrepreneurs.
