TVH India to set up value homes project

Chennai: True Value Homes India (TVH) will open its 'value homes' project in Tamil Nadu and Kerala
in the next five years.

As part of the development it will set up apartments and independent villas in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

In Tamil Nadu, TVH has acquired land in Tiruchirapalli, Coimbatore and it will invest Rs 150 crore each in two years to set up around 150 independent villas.

In Cochin, it will set up apartments near Mata Amritanandamayi hospital at a cost of Rs 250 crore.
