UP Housing and Development Board to build 4500 flats

The UP Housing and Development Board (UPHADB) will build 4,500 flats for different income groups in its housing schemes in various cities, including Lucknow, Agra and Ghaziabad.

The board also plans to build state-of-the-art international convention centres, containing three-star hotels and malls in Lucknow and Agra.
