Uttarakhand to build 35,000 shops for unemployed youths.

With unemployment rising in Uttarakhand, the state government has decided to build 35,000 shops for youths and provide interest-free loans to them, which will be repayable in ten years.

Most of the shops will be built in such a way that each cluster will contain 10 shops on a piece of land identified by the district magistrate concerned, an official statement said. Each shop would cost Rs. 2 lakh.
