Vascon Engineers Wins ₹115.90 Crore Contract for Ahmedabad’s Lotus Park.

Vascon Engineers Ltd., a leading EPC and realty player with over four decades of experience, has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the development of Lotus Park in the city’s South West Zone.

The project, spanning 54,000 square meters, is valued at ₹115.90 crore and will be executed on an EPC basis, with a completion timeline of 24 months from the issuance of the work order.

This award strengthens Vascon’s order book, which now stands at ₹2,825 crore, representing approximately 2.8 times FY25 EPC revenues. The company, which can execute around 8 million square feet annually and currently operates at 90% capacity, will leverage its team of over 800 engineers and project professionals to deliver the project.
