Vi and IBM Team Up to Launch AI Innovation Hub to Drive Digital Transformation.

Vodafone Idea (Vi) announced a new strategic partnership with IBM to establish a dedicated AI Innovation Hub. The collaboration, revealed recently, is designed to accelerate Vi’s digital transformation by leveraging artificial intelligence and automated DevOps to modernize its operations.

The joint initiative will focus on creating a more streamlined and efficient operational framework, improving service reliability, and ultimately enhancing the customer experience. The new hub will serve as a central point for experts from both companies to collaborate on developing advanced AI solutions, automation tools, and other digital accelerators powered by IBM's AI capabilities.

Jagbir Singh, Chief Technology Officer at Vi, highlighted the significance of the partnership. “Our collaboration with IBM marks a pivotal milestone in Vi’s digital journey,” said Singh. He added that the goal is to achieve faster software development cycles and set new industry standards through smarter, automated decision-making.
