Waaree Transpower Wins ₹100 Crore Transformer Supply Contract.

Waaree Transpower, a company of the Waaree Group, recently announced that it has secured a ₹100 crore order to supply transformers with a total capacity of 1.27 gigawatt (GW).

The order has been placed by a leading solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, the firm said in a statement.

Waaree Transpower said the contract marks a significant milestone, noting that it has secured inverter duty transformer (IDT) orders worth over ₹100 crore within the first month of launching the product. The development underscores the company’s growing presence in the renewable energy equipment segment.
