"Wipro Wins Contract to Upgrade MAHLE's IT Infrastructure with Hybrid Cloud Solutions"

Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), a leading technology services and consulting firm, has been chosen by MAHLE, a global automotive supplier, to revamp their IT infrastructure using an advanced hybrid cloud solution.

MAHLE's goal is to enhance service quality and innovation, allowing internal teams to concentrate on core business activities and foster sustainable growth. As part of this multi-year engagement, Wipro will transition MAHLE’s two core data centers to Wipro FullStride Cloud’s hybrid cloud platform. This move aims to boost business agility, standardize and digitize MAHLE's IT ecosystem, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The new hybrid cloud solution will provide MAHLE with increased flexibility to adjust data and computing capacities in response to market conditions, potentially leading to significant reductions in IT costs.

Jo Debecker, Managing Partner and Global Head of Wipro FullStride Cloud, commented, "This partnership underscores Wipro FullStride Cloud's exceptional ability to deliver customized cloud services that enhance our client’s business agility, compliance, and growth. We are thrilled to collaborate with MAHLE, whose business values align closely with ours, making this a perfect strategic fit."

Markus Bentele, MAHLE's Vice President of Information Technology, added, "Partnering with Wipro is a crucial step in enhancing our IT infrastructure. It will provide us with the agility and scalability necessary to meet the evolving demands of our business and the automotive sector. The hybrid cloud solution will improve our capacity to support customers and quickly adapt to market changes."

MAHLE, founded in 1920, specializes in products, services, and systems for both passenger and commercial vehicles. The company is focused on advancing climate-neutral mobility, with initiatives in electrification, thermal management, and technologies to reduce CO2 emissions, including fuel cells and efficient combustion engines running on renewable fuels like hydrogen.
