Work on Barka residential project in Oman to start soon.

The Ministry of Housing will announce the start of the residential complex project in Barka by the end of this month.

As per the details, more than 1,000 housing units will be available to citizens through lottery draws.

The Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) had urged investors and real estate developers to invest in the project in Barka, which will also offer recreational and commercial services spread over 355,000sq m.’

SCP had called for a ‘Expression of Interest’ from the companies with experience in the implementation and management of such projects locally or internationally.
