"Xpheno ramps up capacity at its Udupi Centre of Excellence."

Specialist staffing firm Xpheno recently announced the expansion of its Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Udupi, doubling its operational capacity within a year of its launch.

According to a media statement, the rapid scale-up is driven by strong talent demand from global capability centres (GCCs) and the encouraging performance of the Udupi CoE, which was launched in September 2024 as the region’s first recruitment-focused Centre of Excellence. The expanded facility, with seating capacity for 250 professionals, is expected to enhance Xpheno’s ability to deliver high-quality specialist hiring at scale for GCCs and global enterprises across domestic and international markets.

Commenting on the expansion, Xpheno Co-Founder Anil Kumar Ethanur said the Udupi CoE offers a unique combination of leadership talent, access to trainable freshers and high-quality infrastructure. He added that the team’s alignment with the company’s vision and culture of excellence has given Xpheno the confidence to significantly scale up its capacity.
