Yash Innoventures Ltd. to acquire land in Ahmedabad.

Yash Innoventures Ltd. has entered into transaction for the purpose of Business expansion.

The board approved entering into the agreement with "CVM Group" for acquiring 4,810 sq. yard of land on main Ashram road, Ahmedabad which is premium & main commercial road which is connected to Gandhinagar and Saurashtra. It is also on "Central Business District" which is now being developed by Government of Gujarat as River Front development, where big high rise building and new development have started taking place.

The total saleable sq. ft. is around 4,00,000 sq. ft. which would turn into a project size of approx 300 crores rupees.
