BMW India inks pact with with ORIX Auto

New Delhi: Luxury carmaker BMW India has inked an agreement with ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services (OAIS) to provide leasing services for its cars in the domestic market.

BMW said that OAIS, a joint venture between Japan-based ORIX Corporation, and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd, India (IL&FS), would offer leasing services through the company’s existing dealership network across the country.

In addition, the company would also leverage on OAIS’ own business network.

“Our association with OAIS reflects our commitment to set new benchmarks in service quality and customer care in India. This agreement will help in facilitating our customers to lease BMW group products through the range of tailor-made leasing solutions,” said Mr Peter Kronschnabl, President, BMW India, in a statement.
