BNW Developments, one of the largest private real estate developers in Ras Al Khaimah, has entered into a strategic partnership with China Railway No 4 Engineering Group Co (CREC4), a subsidiary of China Railway Group, the company said.

The partnership, valued at AED 1 billion, underscores BNW’s focus on execution-led growth. It follows the developer’s earlier construction collaboration with MAN Construction and the rapid mobilisation of on-ground execution teams across its development portfolio.

BNW said the partnership with CREC4 is aimed at delivering landmark waterfront destinations built in line with international construction standards.
