Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd Secures Letter of Acceptance for New Order

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited, in collaboration with Designilla Private Limited, has successfully received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for Consultancy Services, particularly for Independent Engineer services during the Operation & Maintenance Period. This pertains to the 2-laning project of the Khagaria - Purnea Section of NH-31, spanning from Km. 270.00 to Km. 410.00 in the state of Bihar under the National Highways Development Program (NHDP) III. The project follows the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) Annuity mode.

The LOA, with reference No. NHAI/RO-PAT/KhagPur/O&M/IE/2014/2750, was issued on December 22, 2023, by the Regional Officer of the National Highways Authority of India, Bihar. The official confirmation was received by Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited on December 26, 2023.

The contract price for the project is set at Rs. 5,56,57,000/- exclusive of GST (Rupees Five Crores Fifty-Six Lacs Fifty-Seven Thousand Only), and the contract period is stipulated to be 60 months.

As part of the stipulations, the company is obligated to furnish the Performance Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the issuance of the LOA. Additionally, the company is required to complete the contract agreement execution in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. This accomplishment marks a significant stride for Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd in contributing to the infrastructure development in the region.
