Dubai’s Nakheel begins sale of 147 luxury villas in Jumeirah Park.

Dubai developer Nakheel has announced the sale of 147 luxury homes with private pools at its Jumeirah Park community.

The four-bed units span 3,807sqft and include terraces, a rooftop area, a maid’s room, four and a half bathrooms and double garages.

Prices start from Dhs3.4m ($925,636), with payment plans available, the developer said.

Construction is due to begin in 2019 and finish in the first quarter of 2021.

The wider Jumeirah Park is home to 21,000 residents across 3,000 luxury villa and 380 hectares of green space.

It features a community centre and school. Work is now underway on a new clubhouse, leisure and retail complex.
