Engineers India Expands Horizons: Targets Thermal Power and Offshore Wind Projects.

Engineers India Ltd (EIL), a leading public sector undertaking in engineering consultancy, is strategically broadening its horizons beyond its traditional oil and gas business. As part of its long-term growth plan, EIL is actively pursuing projects in thermal power plants and offshore wind energy installations, diversifying its portfolio to meet evolving energy demands.

The company, which recently celebrated six decades of service, is also strengthening its international presence. EIL is expanding its footprint in the Middle East and venturing into South America, with a particular focus on Guyana and Suriname, aiming to capture new opportunities in these burgeoning markets.

Vartika Shukla, Chairperson and Managing Director of EIL, announced that the firm secured an all-time high in new orders, totaling ₹8,214 crore in FY25. This impressive performance has boosted EIL's robust order book to approximately ₹12,400 crore, positioning the company for significant growth in the coming years.
