Era Landmark to develop 3,000 apartment project in Bangalore

Bangalore: Era Landmarks, has launched a mixed use development project in Bangalore at a cost of about Rs 1,000 crore.

The project - The Arena, would include over 3,000 apartments, and spaces for retail, office, hospitality and education.

In the first phase, we would develop 626 units in the price range of Rs 25 lakh-40 lakh and has already appointed an international architect from Australia, DBI, for this project.

On the funding for this project, it would be done internally and part debt.
The project will be located on the NICE corridor, just after Kengeri.
