GHV Infra Projects Ltd Expands Global Footprint with LOI from Cameroon Tyres Project.

GHV Infra Projects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Cameroon Tyres Factory Project SA for the proposed execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a greenfield tyre manufacturing plant in Cameroon.

According to the company, the project involves setting up a facility with a capacity of 7.6 million tyres per annum on a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) basis at Bekoko in Douala, located in the Littoral Region.

The total consideration for the project is Euro 630 million, equivalent to approximately ₹7,000 crore, excluding taxes. The completion timeline for the project is 36 months from the date of the notice to proceed.

GHV Infra Projects Limited said the order marks a significant international EPC contract win, strengthening its presence in large-scale industrial infrastructure projects abroad.
