Government Approves ₹3,745 Crore Investment by Three Companies.

The Telangana government has approved investment proposals worth ₹3,745 crore from three major companies, paving the way for new industrial units in the state and creating over 1,500 jobs.

The Cabinet Sub-Committee on Industrial Promotion, chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, granted approvals recently for projects by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, JSW UAV Limited, and Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems.

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages will invest ₹2,398 crore to set up a new plant, expected to generate employment for 600 people. JSW UAV Limited will establish a unit in Maheshwaram with an investment of ₹785 crore, creating 364 jobs. Meanwhile, Toshiba will invest ₹562 crore in a gas-insulated switchgear and bushings plant, which is expected to employ around 550 individuals.

Officials briefed the panel that these investments reflect growing investor confidence in Telangana’s industrial ecosystem.
