"Gravita India Boosts Capacity at Tanzania Plant"

"Gravita Tanzania Ltd, a subsidiary of Gravita India Ltd, has recently ramped up the capacity of its recycling unit located in Tanzania.

According to a statement released by the company, the existing capacity of the unit for battery recycling has been augmented by 5,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA), resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 MTPA for battery recycling.

Gravita India Ltd disclosed that it has allocated approximately ₹3.33 crore for the expansion project, with funding sourced from the company's internal accruals."
