ITC Hotels to Manage 140-Room Luxury Property in Patna Amid Bihar Tourism Push.

ITC Hotels announced recently that it has signed definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to manage a new 140-room luxury hotel in Patna, Bihar.

The project is a key part of Bihar’s tourism development initiatives and was awarded to KIHPL through a competitive government bidding process, with ITC Hotels selected as the official operator.

Located on a 1.5-acre site, the new property will help ITC Hotels expand its luxury portfolio in Bihar, supporting the state’s efforts to boost tourism infrastructure and attract more visitors.
