ITCONS Wins ₹45 Crore Technical Services Contract.

ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has announced a significant contract valued at ₹45 crore with Proteam Advisory Solutions LLP. Following this news, shares of ITCONS E-Solutions were trading at ₹735, up by ₹31 or 4.40% on the BSE at 2:25 PM.

The three-year contract encompasses a range of technical services, including AD/Inventory Analysis, Data Cleanse and Preparation, Server Analysis, and Dashboard/Report Preparation. Additionally, ITCONS will manage SAM/AMS Install Analysis Reports, End of Life Analysis, and Entitlement Analysis.

Under the terms of the agreement, ITCONS is set to receive monthly billings of ₹1.25 crore. The contract is entirely domestic and does not involve any related party transactions.

This new order marks a significant achievement for ITCONS E-Solutions Limited, likely enhancing its revenue and market standing in the IT services sector. The ability to secure such a substantial long-term contract reflects the growing demand for its specialized technical services within the Indian market.
