ITD Cementation surges on winning order worth Rs. 2,168 crore.

ITD Cementation India has surged 16% to Rs. 591 on BSE after the company wins Rs. 2,168 crore order for dredging and reclamation works for container terminal 4 at Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Mumbai.

'The company has won an order of a value of Rs. 2,168 crore from concessionaire M/s Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Private Limited, for dredging and reclamation works on part of the Phase-I development of fourth container terminal in Jawaharlal Nehru Port,' ITD Cementation said in a statement.

The stock opened at Rs. 512 and hit a 52-week high of Rs. 605 on BSE. The trading volumes on the counter more than doubled with a combined 232,872 shares changed hands till 1121 hours on BSE and NSE.
