L&T Secures Contract to Construct Residential Towers in Thane

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has clinched a significant contract in the realm of buildings and factories, securing an order from a prominent real-estate developer to construct multi-storeyed residential towers in Thane, Mumbai.

Valued between ₹1,000 crore to ₹2,000 crore, this contract encompasses the construction of core and shell works for five towers, each soaring 62 floors high, along with an associated parking facility featuring basements, ground, and five podiums, as stated by L&T in its recent announcement.

Expressing his views on this development, M V Satish, Whole-time Director & Senior Executive Vice President (Buildings), L&T, highlighted the optimistic economic trajectory and the promising prospects in the residential buildings sector.
