Jyoti Structures Secures ₹689.93 Crore Turnkey Contract from GETCO for 765 kV Transmission Line Project in Gujarat

Mumbai, October 23, 2026: Jyoti Structures Limited, a leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company specialising in power transmission infrastructure, has secured a ₹689.93 crore contract from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the development of a 765 kV double-circuit transmission line in Gujarat.

The Letter of Award (LoA) covers the 765 kV Pachchham–Saykha transmission line project, which will be executed on a complete turnkey basis.

Under the contract, Jyoti Structures will undertake design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the high-voltage transmission line. The project is scheduled for completion within 42 months from the date of the Letter of Award.

The contract value of ₹689.93 crore excludes GST and represents a significant addition to the company's domestic power transmission order portfolio.

The project is expected to create opportunities for transmission tower manufacturers, conductor suppliers, insulator manufacturers, electrical equipment providers and specialised EPC subcontractors.

The award further strengthens Jyoti Structures' presence in Gujarat, where the company is already executing multiple transmission infrastructure projects, and supports the state's ongoing efforts to expand its high-voltage electricity transmission network.
