Lemon Tree Hotels' subsidiary wins DDA auction for Nehru Place land parcel.

Lemon Tree Hotels announced on Friday that its subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Ltd, has won the e-auction for a prime land parcel in Nehru Place, New Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) awarded the licensing rights for the 2.2-acre plot, which will be the site of a new five-star hotel.

The new property will be branded as "Aurika, Nehru Place," adding another upscale offering to Lemon Tree Hotels' portfolio. The successful bid secures the company's rights to develop and operate the hotel on the centrally located land.
