Lulu Group's IT Twin Towers Set for SmartCity Kochi Debut.

The Lulu Group is poised to significantly enhance Kochi's technology infrastructure with the inauguration of its IT Twin Towers at SmartCity. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is slated to officially open the ambitious project this Saturday.

Developed with an investment of ₹1,500 crore, these towers are set to become South India's tallest IT office buildings, marking a new landmark in the region's burgeoning tech sector.

Strategically located within the SmartCity Kochi SEZ, the Lulu IT Twin Towers soar to a height of 152 meters, featuring two identical structures, each with 30 floors. The expansive project sprawls across 12.74 acres, offering a substantial built-up area of 3.5 million square feet and 2.5 million square feet of leasable space. According to a company press release, the development is envisioned as a future-ready hub specifically designed for IT and AI-driven enterprises, aiming to attract cutting-edge technology companies to the region.
