Phase 1 of Al-Shurooq District announced by King Abdullah Economic City.

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has announced the launch dates of apartments in phase one of the Al-Shurooq district.

The project covers an area of 150,000 square meters, containing approximately 1,440 housing units for rent or purchase. Phase one of Al-Shurooq is expected to be completed early 2016.

In addition, the project includes the construction of parks, several mosques, schools, a health clinic, restaurants, retail outlets and a community center. Apartments in Phase 1 are available at an affordable price and are located at a convenient location near the port and industrial valley.

According to BNC data, Rezaik Abdallah Al-Gedrawi Company was awarded the contract for the first phase of Al-Shurooq District which is worth USD 106.6 million

The entire Al-Shurooq district is a housing development consisting of 1 to 4 bedroom apartments covering an area of 1.2 million square meters.
