"Cupid Ltd has announced plans to establish a new FMCG manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant expansion of its global footprint."
Cupid Limited has received in-principle approval from its Board of Directors to set up a new fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), marking the company’s first production unit outside India and a key milestone in its international expansion plans.
The proposed facility is intended to support Cupid’s FMCG growth strategy and strengthen its presence in overseas markets, starting with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The plant is expected to improve regional supply capabilities, shorten time to market and ensure better product availability across Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
The project will be funded through the company’s internal accruals and will be implemented after the completion of detailed feasibility assessments and receipt of all required regulatory and statutory approvals.
By establishing a manufacturing base closer to its key international markets, Cupid Limited aims to deepen its global FMCG footprint and enhance service efficiency across the region.
