Refex Industries Secures ₹21.15-Crore Ash Transportation Order from Maharatna PSU.

Refex Industries Ltd. has secured a contract worth approximately ₹21.15 crore from a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) for the transportation of fly ash to road construction sites, the company said recently.

The 12-month contract, awarded by a power producer, covers the transportation of fly ash for projects executed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as well as Central and State government road construction departments, including roads developed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).

The company did not disclose the name of the Maharatna CPSE but said the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity. Refex Industries also clarified that the order does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
