SSC and JBL sign agreement

Karachi: Service Sales Corporation (SSC) Pakistan's leading retail and wholesale company and marketer of Service brand signed an agreement with Jaffer Brothers (Private) Limited (JBL) under which JBS will provide hardware, maintenance, and service support to SSC for automating its point of sale processes and store operations.

'SSC is in process of enabling its nation-wide network of Service stores with state-of-the-art EPOS solution. EPOS promises a deep cultural change within SSC leading to much higher customer service standards. It will also help us integrate the accounting and inventory management procedures and will drive a much higher level of accuracy in our forecasting and supply chain management processes.

We have chosen JBS due to their quality reputation and nation-wide network to support our requirements', said Shafique Awan, GM Project Management Office at SSC. The initiative is expected to further strengthen SSC's dominant position in Pakistani footwear market.
