Sui gas project work to start again

Khanpur: The work on rupees 350 million project for providing Sui gas to Liaqutpur and other towns has resumed here after a delay of a few months.

The project had been approved to facilitate residents of Allahbad, Jinpur, Ameenabad and Liaqutpur during the PML-Q government on the initiative of former MNA, Makhdoom Syed Alam Anwer, who is also a candidate for NA 192 on Muslim League platform. Sui Northern Gas had supplied the required number of gas pipes and the work was fast under way, stated official sources.
