Suvidhaa Infoserve Ltd. - Arbitration Award.

In the matter of Suvidha Infoserve Limited (Formerly known as Suvidhaa Infoserve Private Limited) and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Board (DHBVN) wherein DHBVN claimed an amount aggregating to Rs. 43.17 Million was set aside and further Rs. 2.49 million prayed by us has been awarded by the Hon'ble Sole arbitrator Justice Mukul Mudgal (Retd.) appointed by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana to the Company.
