Synergy Property wins $3-m order from Signature Group.

Synergy Property Development Services, the global project management consulting and turnkey solution company, has bagged a design and project management contract from Dubai-based Signature Group to manage a mixed-use development project worth $35 million in Maputo, the capital and largest city of Mozambique.

The 24-month contract is for mixed-use development of a retail mall, office spaces and residential towers along with other associated amenities with a total built-up area of 400,000 square feet.

We are seeing a good pick-up in activities in the key regions we are focused on, and we are well-positioned to take advantage of the upturn in 2014.'

Under the contract, Synergy will develop strategies and manage the entire design and development of the project including architectural design, MEP services, structural design services, assisting with the qualification of contractors, engineering, procurement management, construction management and will be responsible for time, cost, quality and environmental health and safety standards.
